Shipping Policy

All orders placed before 13.00 hrs Monday - Friday will be shipped the same day, any orders placed outwith these times will be shipped the next working day, excluding bank holidays and public holidays subject to stock availability.

All orders will be shipped 2nd class delivery via post office or via Hermes delivery depending on item purchased. International customers must be fully aware of their country customs policies when making purchases from overseas.We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services. Please note Mainland Europe Delivery timescale is normally 5-10 working days, however sometimes it could take longer than usual. so we request that you please wait at least 14 working days from date of purchase before contacting us. Worldwide delivery timescale is normally 10-14 working days.

Please ensure that you put the correct delivery address as any non-received items caused by an invalid address registered are not in our full refund  or replacement policy.

Refund Policy

For a refund please follow the following instructions

Re-pack the item in its original packaging with any labels or tags still attached.

Return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post office without obtaining a certificate of postage.

Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return. The cost of sending a replacement would be notified when contacting us.

Once we have received the returned item and all is well, we will either issue a refund or dispatch the replacement item(s).

Hidden Gem Gifts makes every effort to ensure that all our customers are happy with the shopping experience they receive. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy


If you have ordered goods and not received them, you may cancel your order at anytime, without giving a reason within 14 days of your order. We will give a full refund.


You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase

Please note all earrings are non returnable unless faulty due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to refund/exchange any earrings purchased at Hidden Gem Gifts.

Any jewellery must be unworn and in it's original packaging.

Also exempt from any refund or exchange are Bespoke, personalised, made to order items or jewellery altered to a customer request.

Upon receipt of returned item refund will be issued on full purchase cost of item.

Hidden Gem Gifts will not refund the original postage costs. Exceptions to this are when the item is faulty upon receipt.

The safe return and cost of returning goods is the buyers responsibility. We recommend using a secure delivery service with tracking facility to return item.
